Select Homes Real Estate & Property Management will handle any or all of the following:

  • Advertise and market vacant unit(s) and execute lease agreement
  • Thorough tenant screening including credit check
  • Recommend required maintenance with move-in inspection of the property
  • Collect 1st months rent and security deposit up front

We then turn the funds and original documents over to you so you can handle the day-to-day management of the property.
