By having a comprehensive understanding of the economic forces at work in the real estate market, we provide complementary financial management of investment properties, including monitoring financial performance, studying local markets, and comparing individual properties against local averages.
We can be called upon to recommend or decide any or all of the following:

ONE-TIME RENTAL PLACEMENT SERVICE
If you prefer to handle the day-to-day management of your property yourself but you do not have the time or availability to market and show vacancies on a moment’s notice, nor the expertise in choosing a new tenant, this is the right program for you. Select Homes Real Estate & Property Management will handle any or all of the following:
- Advertise and market vacant unit(s) and execute lease agreement
- Thorough tenant screening including credit check
- Recommend required maintenance with move-in inspection of the property
- Collect 1st months rent and security deposit up front
We then turn the funds and original documents over to you so you can handle the day-to-day management of the property.

- Receive your monthly income quickly and accurately, right into your bank account. If the portfolio balance is running low, you may make electronic contributions as well. (There is a small $2.00 convenience fee for using this service.)
