Occasionally, properties are not taken care of properly or abandoned by tenants. If you find yourself in this situation, Select Homes can help. We can coordinate the rehabilitation of the property by performing a full inspection and coordinating licensed contractors to make necessary repairs and/or improvements. Due to the time involved in this process, we charge between $500.00 and $1000.00 for this service. An exact price can be determined after a preliminary list of repairs and maintenance items is compiled. Contact us to discuss this service in more detail.
