From this secure Owner Portal, you can communicate directly with us, view owner statements, view and approve work orders and maintenance requests. Through your Owner Portal, you make contributions and set up a method for receiving owner draws either by check or ACH (using Automated Clearing House directly to your personal bank account). By choosing to receive your rental income checks via ACH each month, you’ll receive your money earlier than the traditional bill payment checks.
