I also hereby warrant to Select Homes that I have full legal authority to authorize ACH credit and debit transactions to the account that Select Homes has on file. I understand and agree that by creating a one-time ACH transaction, I will be charged a $2.00 per transaction convenience fee, which will be added to my Account Balance and added to the payment amount authorized today.
